In accordance with Section 14 of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended, the body responsible for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), which resolves such disputes via ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution).
