The chalet is accessible by car, and the Upper Bridge of Macocha Abyss is wheelchair accessible, so people in wheelchairs or families with small children in strollers can also enjoy the beauty of nature. Accommodation near the Abyss

Near Macocha is Hotel Skalní mlýn. It has the advantage of being located not only near Macocha but also near other tourist attractions: Punkva Caves, Kateřinské Caves► We will gladly prepare for your room children's step stools.► We have storage for children's bikes and balance bikes.

From the hotel, you can comfortably reach the Macocha Upper Bridge:

► first by electric train – the boarding stop is directly in the parking lot in front of the hotel, and the exit is a short distance past the Punkva Caves.

If you want to go to the abyss on foot, a hiking trail leads directly from the hotel; you'll follow the yellow Křenková trail. You can then return to the hotel via Punkevní žleb. The entire loop is about 6 kilometers and takes approximately 2.5 hours.
