House Rules ‍Hotel *** Skalní mlýn

1. The hotel may only accommodate guests who are properly registered. For this purpose, the hotel reception will complete the hotel register based on identification document details (passport, ID card, or other valid identification document). Personal data provided by guests to the hotel are subject to legal protection. Upon check-in, the hotel will immediately issue an accommodation card stating the hotel name, guest's name, room number, and scope of services.

2. Upon re-entering the hotel, an already accommodated guest is obliged to present a valid hotel pass.

3. Based on a confirmed reservation, the hotel is obliged to accommodate guests no later than 6:00 PM – by which time the room is reserved for the guest, unless otherwise specified in the reservation.

4. If a guest requests an extension of their stay, the hotel may offer them a different room than the one they were originally accommodated in.

5. The hotel is liable for damage to items brought into the hotel by guests, as well as for damage to items deposited, provided these were stored in a designated place or where they are usually stored. The obligation to compensate for damages does not apply to vehicles and items left in vehicles, according to § 2947 of the Civil Code. For exercising the right to compensation for damage to deposited and brought-in items, §§ 2945 – 2949 of the Civil Code apply.

6. Hotel premises are available for receiving visitors. Guests may only receive visitors in their room with the consent of hotel reception staff between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

7. In case of illness or injury to a guest, the hotel will arrange for medical assistance, or transport to a hospital if necessary.

8. Guests occupy the room for the period agreed upon with the hotel. If the accommodation period has not been agreed upon in advance, guests must check out by 10:00 AM on the last day and vacate the room at the same time. Should guests fail to do so within the specified period, the hotel may charge them for the following day's stay.

9. Guests may not, without the hotel management's consent, move furniture, make alterations, or interfere with the electrical network or other installations in the room or hotel premises.

10. Guests are not permitted to use their own electrical appliances in the hotel, especially in the room. This regulation does not apply to electrical appliances used for personal hygiene (shavers, massage devices, hair dryers, etc.).

11. Upon departure, guests are obliged to turn off water taps, switch off lights in the room and its accessories, and close windows and room doors.

12. For safety reasons, it is not advisable to leave children under 10 years of age unsupervised by adults in the room and other common areas of the hotel.

13. Guests are not permitted to bring sports equipment and items into their rooms for which a different storage area is designated.

14. Pets are allowed only in common areas.

15. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire hotel. A designated smoking area is located in front of the hotel.

16. Between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, guests must observe quiet hours in all accommodation areas.

17. Guests are liable for damages caused to hotel property in accordance with applicable regulations.

18. Guests are obliged to pay for accommodation and services provided according to the valid price list. The retail price list for temporary accommodation and other services is available for inspection at the hotel reception.

19. Guest complaints and any suggestions for improving hotel operations are received by hotel management.

20. Guests are obliged to adhere to the provisions of these accommodation rules. Should they violate them, hotel management reserves the right to withdraw from the accommodation agreement before the agreed period expires.In Blansko, November 1, 2015 House Rules
