Wheelchair users, parents with pushchairs and cyclists can now enjoy the cable car without difficulty. Both stations are fully accessible. The upper station was already accessible, but the lower station has been waiting 30 years for this upgrade. A new two-metre-wide, seven-metre-long steel ramp has been installed on the side of the lower station, alongside a special wheelchair platform that lifts visitors up two metres with ease.
The miniature train and cable car operate in the Moravian Karst year-round, though in some periods only at weekends. Currently in March, the attractions run on Saturdays and Sundays; from April, visitors can ride every day from 8 am to 5 pm.
