As every year, we have once again prepared a festive menu to accompany our selection of St. Martin’s wines. We would be delighted to welcome you from Friday 11 to Sunday 13 November.

Goose broth with wide noodles and vegetables

Confit duck leg, red cabbage and pumpkin cabbage, potato dumpling and Karlovy Vary-style dumpling
Duck breast in port wine with plums and almonds, cabbage with pork crackling
