Eurasian Lynx in the Moravian Karst

For everyone keen to learn more about lynxes in the Moravian Karst, there is a talk by zoologist Martin Duľa from Mendel University, taking place on 20 May 2017 at 4 p.m. at the Moravian Karst Nature House.

The lynx has been closely monitored by zoologists from Mendel University’s Institute of Vertebrate Biology, the Moravian Karst Protected Landscape Area administration, and volunteers who helped track its movements. This past winter was particularly helpful for monitoring, as tracks were clearly visible in the snow.
