Our goose menu is sure to delight not only guests of Hotel *** Skalní mlýn but all visitors to the Moravian Karst who stop by our restaurant. It will be served on 9–10 November and 16–17 November 2019. Especially on Saturday, 16 November when the St. Martin’s Wine Tasting takes place at Skalní mlýn, we recommend booking a table if you’d like to enjoy the goose dishes.

Confit goose liver in thyme lard, red wine onion chutney, homemade bread
Goose pâté with toast and cranberry sauce

Confit goose leg, red and pumpkin sauerkraut, potato dumpling
