On a hot summer day, you can cool off not only by visiting the caves – Moravian Karst and its surroundings also offer plenty of places to swim, whether you prefer a proper lido or a natural bathing spot.

‍► Řícmanice Outdoor Pool – in addition to a large 33 m pool (divided into swimmer and non-swimmer sections), the complex offers a paddling area, children's playground, a kiosk, Russian skittles, two table tennis tables, changing rooms and showers, a sensory path, and free Wi-Fi. ► Palava Reservoir – located about one kilometre from the centre of Blansko, with grassy areas and a sandy beach, a paddling area and a large playground for children, a restaurant and refreshment stalls nearby, and a large car park close by.
